Everything was fantastic, the room was extremely clean and comfortable.
The staff members were very nice and helpful.

Downtown Revento Hotel in Cairo was an okay stay. The room was decent, and the location was convenient. However, their communication needs improvement. Responses were slow, and clarity was lacking. Better service would enhance the experience significantly. Would consider alternatives next time.

Hotel to flee, you will thank me

Hotel to escape!
We had booked a quadruple room via Booking and were given a triple room. Not having too much time or choice we stayed for one night only. They gave us a rate but they asked us to cancel the booking on Booking, they did not want to do it, I quote ''because after we will have problems'' (personally, I do not see too much what problems you can have but good....)
I'm going to list everything that was wrong:
-room that does not match the photos!!! (Thanks photoshop)
-unclean bathroom!!!! The shower flowed directly onto the toilet.
-rather dirty room (fecal trace on the walls)
-I asked for 4 towels...at least 7 times before I got 2.....
-the receptionists at night do not respect the guests by screaming in reception! With my husband, we asked them 4 times to speak less loudly they would answer us ''in 5 min!' and this for nearly 3 hours!!! At the end I went crazy I yelled at them....the boss, a guy named Ziad told us ''sorry I'm leaving in 5 minutes!"
-hotel very poorly soundproofed (good as everywhere in Egypt)
-the horrible breakfast!!!!! It is served in your room and you have: 2 packets of chips, 2 boiled eggs of bread, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of turkey ham, without water or drink.
I think the hotel just opened, but if you want to keep working you'll have to change and improve guys .....I told you I'd put a bad review...

I loved the place, it's quiet and clean and all the staff there are very friendly and they helped me. My flight was close to midnight and I had to check out in the morning according to the hotel's instructions, but they gave me another room to rest in until my flight at midnight for free. I highly recommend going there.

Excellent value for money. We got a fantastic room and superb service for a very reasonable price in such a prime location
