Good hotel with good food and catering

We were about 20 colleagues who attended a two-day seminar at the Skjalm Hvide Hotel. We were provided with a large conference room with good facilities and coffee/tea, water and snacks, which one could just supply.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were of really good quality with a variety of options that should satisfy most, including good salads.
Unfortunately, there were some challenges with some of the rooms, which - despite moderate outdoor temperatures - were a few where it was very cold. A couple of others had to ask for another room because of the strong smell of sewage. But this was also resolved satisfactorily.
There was very hot in my room when I arrived, but it could easily be solved by turning down the heat.
Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'd love to come back.

Nice a beautiful facility with very friendly staff. Rooms are great.
Only very minute small issues - Note: for people not well mobile, the rooms in the "slottet" have steep stairs.

Nice hotel in a quiet environment

Nice and large very clean room (#709) for 3 people. Room with large windows that can be opened to let fresh air come in. Nice view from the room. Well maintained hotel. Soft beds. Private parking. From desk staff friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Limited choices (and expensive) for dinner. Very good breakfast.
better and less expensive choices on the dinner menue. We decided to drive few kilometres to find restaurants.

The room was right upstairs from a noisy party, at times music was loud enough that a metal table in the room was vibrating.
Was unable to sleep from the noise, no chan ce to complain as the reception was closed.
I highly advice not to book a room here, probably especially on weekends, probably the worst experience I ever had staying at any hotel, it was really tough getting through the following workday with no sleep.
