Beautifull apartment

Beatifull appartment in old town Dubrovnik , very clean and friendly host. Apartment is on top of the old house and have 2 floor , upstairs is bedroom , very nice.

The best accommodation in Dubrovnik

Very nice, friendly and kind owners. They always welcomed me and explain where to go and what to do in Dubrovnik, so I feel a so special guest. The cleanliness, service and location are the best, I changed many places in Dubrovnik, and also I’m a world wide traveler. They’re provided me parking place many times (which is impossible in Dubrovnik and costs more than accommodation) and also free ride to and from the airport. Strongly recommended! Warm place and people. See you next year, thank you for everything.

Perfect location with a great host

The apartment is within the old town walls and so within walking distance to everything inside the walls. Ivana was lovely and really helpful, she pointed out places of interest on the map and gave us dinner recommendations. We were only in Dubrovnik for one night, Ivana also organised an airport transfer when we arrived. The room was clean and nicely presented and I would happily return here if I’m in Dubrovnik again.

Quick trip Dubrovnik and Mostar

Lovely stay in Villa Homa. Our host Ivana was really helpful with recommendations of what to visit and where to eat. Taj Mahal restaurant is great.
Perfect location. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
We also hired a car and drove to Mostar for one night. Highly recommend this, much better than a coach day trip.
You can hire a car from just outside the old walls. The route is easy and roads are good and you can see so much of Croatia and Bosnia in a short time.

Excellent location and hospitable owners!

We stayed at Villa Homa for 6 nights in their smallest room that has own bathroom but you have to walk to the hallway to get to it.
The location couldn’t be more convenient! Dubrovnik can get very hot during the summer and due to the location we were able to go back to the room for an afternoon nap and cool temperatures (the room has A/C) which definitely made the hot weather more bearable.
Before you arrive make sure you let the owners know the estimated time as there is no reception. The owners also run a gallery on the same street and that is where we got our key from but initially we got a bit confused and didn’t know where to go (tiredness, travel, heat etc can play a role too).
The two sisters that run the place were absolutely LOVELY! So accommodating and eager to make sure we have a pleasant stay, they welcomed us with chocolates and noticed from my passport that my birthday was coming up so they dropped in and brought some lovely Croatian gifts (team Leo! ).
The room is equipped with A/C, kettle, wine glasses and mugs as well as tea, instant coffee, sugar etc. The room is adequately spacious, it can be noisy in the evenings as the window opens onto the side street but we didn’t have any trouble sleeping, it was rather comfortable.
The only drawbacks I would mention are that the bathroom doesn’t have any windows or ventilation so it can get stuffy and it’s cash only payment so make sure you are prepared!
Thank you very much to Ivana, her sister and the lovely blonde lady that made sure everything was nice and clean every day!
