BAD EXPERIENCE HARD TO FORGET

Never had such an experience, so extremely disappointing, not to recommend to anyone. Quality/Price absolutely not fair. 90% staff almost always absent, structure in a clear state of disrepair, smelly rooms, an incredible and deceptive price difference for the rooms defined "sea view" (the sea is several kilometers away and you can barely see) ... breakfast included, but not really included and only on request at the incredible price of 10 € per person. Air conditioners going into block. Dust and dirt everywhere. Existing kitchen but not in operation. The only consolation is the outdoor pool.

DON'T GO HERE

DONT GO HERE
We got a room which was very smelly. Smelled like sh*t, comming from the bathroom.
We said we didn't want that room, then they got agressive and made us leave the property.
When we were outside the property, calling with booking.com to fix our problem, we got bitten by some kind of mosquito's or flee's. They were in the grass next to the pool. My whole leg was covered in red spots.
It's the worst experience i had with a hotel ever. And i book around 10 hotels per year.

Look for something else!

Never had such an experience in my life.
Staff was so rude, they threatend us and we just left before staying even one night.
It was such a disaster. Did not get the room we booked and we were the third people that week with this problem.
They gave us 3 options
1 just leave
2 go back to your own country and sue us to get your money back
3 just accept this room and shut up. It wasnt the room we booked and was small dirty everything broken and like a huge ashtray.
We just left. All our money gone. Didnt want to stay there a single night

A fuir

Très déçu, mauvais accueil, on a attendu 45 min dans un hall vide, téléphone occupé et pas de staff dans l'hôtel, chambre très sale, hôtel très mal entretenu.
Des fils électriques dangereux, un frigo sale et très bruyant la nuit.
Équipement manquant, restaurant à l'abandon.
Je ne recommande pas !

Non è oro ciò che luccica

Dalle foto sembra tutto stupendo ma l'unica nota positiva è la piscina. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza dove c'era un solo comodino, la porta per uscire nel bel terrazzo panoramico fronte piscina non si apriva del tutto perché c'era il letto che bloccava l'apertura totale, non c'era stendino per costume e asciugamano da spiaggia. Il cambio lenzuola come asciugamani veniva fatto solo a fine soggiorno, oltretutto appena arrivati un telo doccia aveva segno forse di ruggine, non c'era tappeto scendi doccia, non c'era bicchiere porta spazzolino e dentifricio, c'era un buco enorme vicino al water. Parliamo dei tendaggi al posto dei balconi?? Definirla Villa e pagare quel che abbiamo pagato è un oltraggio a chi invece potrebbe chiedere molto ma molto di più.
