Good plan

Good hostess, good atmosphere, good rooms, the pool was great and ideal, lots of space to go for walks, there were nice pets, the only thing I think I could better are the bathrooms when for one comes out of the pool, but from there everything was perfect.

Canadian house

Excellent, a very beautiful place, friendly staff, nice and peaceful place to spend a good weekend worry-free

Lots of Bugs

We were not sure how to handle this situation. We arrived later in the day and it has been very dry in Costa Rica, but we were shocked by the amount of ants in our room and in the linens. We were also greeted by cockroaches flying in the bathroom. Not sure if this is normal for Costa Rica but this was quite unsettling for us with our little children. She was very nice and got us ant spray and the kids enjoyed swimming, but did not really want to stay and it wasn't that cheap either (over $100 for family room) but it was late and we didn't know what to do. Not wanting to be rude, but this was not what we were planning on.

Authentic Costa Rican experience.

If you are looking for a more 'local' experience, this is a great place! Jamie helped us to find the Costa Rica we wanted to experience, and taught us alot about the local culture. The grounds (including the pool, mango trees, iguanas, and birds), were the perfect home base for our Costa Rican experience. Returning? Absolutely!

Home away from home!!

We stay here often! It's host Jamie is fun and entertaining. The location is close to an amazing surf break an easy walk down the beach. She has a refreshing pool and cold beer is always available!! She has many repeat and returning customers year after year. We have had great times and great memories. We will always return.
