Una gran experiencia, a la proxima

Quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento por la maravillosa experiencia que tuve pendante mi estancia en el hotel Valladolid. Las instalaciones son simplee espectaculares y la ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos pasos de la playa, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial.
Pero, más allá de todo, loque realmente marca la diferencia es el equipo humano. Todo el personal es absolutamente magnífico: siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a a ayudar en todo momento con una sonrisa. Se nota el compromiso y la dedicación que tienen para que cada huésped se sienta bienvenido y cuidado.
Sin duda alguna, is a lugar al que regresaré con mucho gusto y que recomiendo plenamente a cualquiera that visits Santa Marta.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my stay at the Valladolid Hotel. The facilities are simply spectacular and the location is ideal, just a few steps from the beach, making the experience even more enjoyable.
But beyond all that, what really makes a difference is the human team. All the staff is absolutely beautiful: always attentive, kind and ready to help at any time with a smile. There is a real commitment and a great dedication to make each client feel welcomed and perfectly taken care of.
Without a doubt, this is a place where I will return with great pleasure and I highly recommend to anyone who visits Santa Marta.

Nothing recommended

I arrive after a long and exhausting journey wanting to rest, with my reservation made and paid, including taxes and breakfast... but unfortunately the hotel without the necessary information says that since we did not make the reservation with them should.you pay the VAT again and that we do not get breakfast, they are not responsible and refuse to refund the money... if you do not want a bad experience on your vacation I do not recommend anything to stay in this hotel starting from the bad treatment of your receptionists and a manager, 0 recommended

I recommend it, it is a good place to stay.

Excellent service and human quality, the room is comfortable and very central to different tourist areas.
I also recommend that it is pet friendly.
The food is delicious, the spaces are comfortable and have air conditioning.

Congratulations on all the services you provide to your customers

Congratulations on the excellent services in: Customer service, cleanliness in rooms and throughout the hotel, all very clean and tidy. Excellent breakfasts very varied and delicious. I recommend it is many aspects, it is very central to shopping areas, restaurants, the beach, the pier, etc...

Excellent service

Excellent service, we were made to feel at home- the rooms are great and comfortable, the food is great, the pool fantastic to cool you down a bit and the cafeteria is perfect for snacking or having a drink at the end of the day. To repeat!
