Perfect hotel next to La Provenza
Selvario36 is in a perfect location if you want to stay close to La Provenza. All the plants throughout the property are beautiful and gives the jungle vibe of the hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor and loved the size of the room with the view. The plants on the balcony still give you privacy. The price was well worth it! We had purchased breakfast included and the 20 minute welcome ritual massage. You cannot hear the other guests or outside noise on the side We stayed. The Enso restaurant team (Franci, William, Aris, and i cannot remember the other bartender and servers names) were very welcoming. I cannot remember the name of the girl who checked us in, but every hotel team member provided exceptional service. The Houseman, Daniel, was very quick to provide room requests. The views from the rooftop bar/pool were amazing. We loved the property and will be back!

Wonderful stay at Selvario 36 hotel
Such a beautiful hotel and well taken care of….The lobby is stunning, the beds are very comfortable and their customer service is top tier. Their employees go out of their way to make sure the guests are happy.
It is a very well maintained hotel and even the basic room was lovely. The location is surburb and easily walkable to many bars/restaurants and clubs, including the metro. If going outside of poblano, Uber is also no problem and plentiful in this location.Everything you need is only a 5 min or less walk.
The free breakfast was surprisingly not a buffet and each meal is made to order (which is welcomed change from the normal). They even accommodated my special request with no problem. Nothing was a hassle.
Most importantly...The staff is incredible.
Check in was a breeze. Sandra handled the influx of people checking in/out with the quickness and utmost professionalism and quickness. She is a great resource for information. For me, being a non-Spanish speaking person, it was lovely to chat with her in my native tongue. She is a doll.
A very big thank you to the and Daniel who exceeded ensuring i was well taken care of….the level of service is well exceeded and far beyond expectations.
Diego (who works the front desk on nights) is so sweet. After a night on the town, it was much appreciated to always be greeted with a smile and a bueno noches.
A special shoutout to Felipe who continuously went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. He had great recommendations for a plethora of things and is very knowledgeable beyond compare. He was so gracious and friendly every time i saw him. As a solo, female traveler, it was greatly appreciated to feel welcomed and safe. I'm very grateful for his positive energy, as well as the entire staff at Selvario. Their kindness is unmeasurable. I'm so glad i stayed here.
This was a 10/10 for me…from start to finish. I will definitely stay here again upon my return to Medellín.

Loved my experience!!!!
The staff, hotel, food, and overall experience is superb! Less than a block from the Main Street of Provenza. The hotel has noise cancellation rooms and great rooftop views! Any services you acquire is available at your fingertips. Very fast and efficient!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights; the place is very nice and surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the liveliest area of the city, especially in the evening, where you can find clubs, restaurants, and bars, all in complete tranquility and safety.
The only flaw: the rooms are extremely small for a 5-star and boutique hotel.
The welcome massage offered by the hotel was delightful.

Amazing Property!!! Location Location Location
Property, breakfast and service was excellent!!! The location is perfect and located near a lot of the action in Medellin. Breakfast was included, so good and super convenient. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were super comfy. Sandra, Michael, the housekeeper and the lady who checked us in were all Amazing.
