Loved my experience!!!!

The staff, hotel, food, and overall experience is superb! Less than a block from the Main Street of Provenza. The hotel has noise cancellation rooms and great rooftop views! Any services you acquire is available at your fingertips. Very fast and efficient!
Prices match quality and food. Highly recommended!!!!

Amazing Property!!! Location Location Location

Property, breakfast and service was excellent!!! The location is perfect and located near a lot of the action in Medellin. Breakfast was included, so good and super convenient. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were super comfy. Sandra, Michael, the housekeeper and the lady who checked us in were all Amazing.

Excellent service from the entire team

This is my second time at the Selvario 36 Hotel and, once again, I felt at home. All the staff is very friendly, patient, and always willing to help.
I want to especially thank the reception team: Diego, Felipe, Sandra, Viviana, Daniel, Alberto (accommodation leader), and Juan Guillermo; the maintenance team, Juan Pablo and Andrés; Esmeralda, from housekeeping; and Hillary, from the Enzo restaurant, who served me with great kindness.
Thank you all for making my stay so special. I will definitely return. I recommend this hotel 100%!

Great staff and location!

I Recently had the pleasure of staying at Selvario 36 located in Poblado, Medellin. Just like anything there were positives and negatives to my stay. The positives did outweigh the negatives.
Positives:
The staff were very kind and accommodating. I celebrated a birthday while visiting and each staff member greeted me and wished me a happy birthday. A special thanks to Juan Pablo, Juan Guillermo, and the night staff that work the front desk. The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are decorated well, and are sound proofed! The hotel bed and linens were comfortable, and I enjoyed the special touch of locally sourced soap and lotion provided in the room.
Cons:
A major con was that the hotel pool was not in service for the entirety of my stay. Although the hotel made accommodations for entry to a rooftop pool at a hotel nearby, the convenience of having a pool on site is unmatched. If I am being honest, I do not think I would sacrifice a rooftop pool for a stay here, but, I was informed that they are looking to have it functioning soon.
Another con was room storage space. Although, I had a a suite, there weren’t any closets. Staying for 7 days, I found myself utilizing under bed storage and my suitcase for my clothes (I am normally an unpacker).
Not to nitpick, but, the room was a little small to include the balcony. But it was comfortable.
Over all the hotel itself with the pool being out of order, I rate it a 7/10.
However, the staff service 10/10 bring the hotel up to an average of 8.5. I genuinely must say they were very accommodating and kind, and make up for the hotel’s shortcomings.
