Hot springs and hotel

We really liked the facilities. It would be good to have additional liquor available besides beer.

Beautiful place with a magnificent view of the mountains but management is very deficient. The cabin we booked is beautifully located but everything we needed has to be requested one by one. Staff was lovely but not well trained and last but not least, the jacuzzi, which was the main attraction for us, nevertheless worked despite asking for service several times. Great potential hopefully will make a better effort to change the little things that can ruin the experience.

The hotel and pools were good, but the restaurant was not as good.

The hotel, the lodging service, the room, the pools, and the Turkish bath were very good. The only downside was the restaurant; the food was poorly prepared, the steak did not match the grams offered on the menu, and it tasted like fish, what a shame.

A magical place to relax!

I was truly surprised; the photos do not do it justice; it is beautiful, in the middle of the mountains, the facilities are very well maintained, and everything was spotless! Totally recommendable, and I would definitely return!

Great getaway to relax and enjoy the hot water springs. Rooms lack hanging space for wet, swimming suits and towels.
