Great Experience
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kartaxa during my visit to Cartagena. The location in the Walled City was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and all the historic attractions, yet still peaceful enough to relax after a day of exploring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions I had. The breakfast was a great way to start each day. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options, and the service was always attentive and welcoming. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Cartagena.

An Absolute Gem in the Walled City – 10/10 Experience!
This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with incredible warmth. The concierges, Sergio and Carlos, were excellent hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Uiyers, who was so sweet and always had my coffee ready exactly the way I liked it every morning! Honestly, every single staff member we crossed paths with was friendly, attentive, and incredibly welcoming.
The room itself was beautiful and kept spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping. As for the breakfast—it was a total 10/10!
The location could not be better. It is perfectly situated close to everything in the Walled City. The mall is just around the corner, and Las Bóvedas is right across the street. We absolutely loved our stay here and can't recommend it enough!
