The hotel is okay, the double bed in the suite was replaced by power failure. I told the room to be cleaned the day before I stayed for two consecutive days. I emphasized to the front desk three times that I need to change the bed sheet and quilt cover. I said it would definitely be changed, but I will come at night just because the bed is ready. Didn't change it, the pillowcases were all torn. Samsung hotel pillow case is broken but it's ok. The hair left by a guest in the bathroom is all there, and the last guest’s wedding balloon fragments and plastic sequins on the bed are all there in the suite. Don’t the sheets and quilts be changed after check-out? ? I emphasized that not changing it three times is absolutely impossible. .

The hotel is ok. It is in the city center, the location is OK, and the traffic is convenient, but I feel that the front desk service is not good. The overall feeling is that our service in Gansu is not very good. Maybe it is because of the backward economy.
