Check in was great, rooms were big and clean, pool was awesome and steam room. Everyone here was so helpful, Miguel and MC were very helpful with our bags, we didn’t have to worry about anything.

住這個酒店好幾次了，沒有一次電水煲不是壞的，必須找housekeeping更換。
但這次更離譜的是，從房間打電話去任何部門，都永遠沒有人接電話。housekeeping， operator，frontdesk，全部電話從晚上、深夜、早上都全部不會有人接。（換不到水壺）所以，如果你有病、或者有機會需要救援的（例如發生什麼意外），在這酒店一定叫天不應叫地不聞。完全置身於“金銀島”一樣的體驗。
I've stayed at this hotel several times, and every single time the kettle has been broken, requiring housekeeping to replace it.
But this time it's even more absurd. Calling any department from my room—housekeeping, operators, frontdesk—every single call went unanswered from nighttime, late at night, and early morning. (I couldn't get the kettle replaced.) So, if you're sick or need assistance (e.g., in an accident), you'll be completely helpless at this hotel. It's a truly "Treasure Island" experience.

they provide porridge. The breakfast is more chinese style. Favorable for mainland chinese. Locations is great .

Very good location...on the spot...everything mayor is by walking distance which was important to us since we are older..
