Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions.
I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.
On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

The staff were very helpful by driving us up the hill so we could use the gym.
The breakfast buffet was good, but the service for dinner was not so good.

When I came to Yushui Hot Spring Hotel for vacation, I was welcomed like a family member. Ms. Yao Zhengfeng added my WeChat account and sent us to the room. She took care of us and introduced us to the nearby tourist attractions in time. Tickets are discounted. There are many service details worthy of praise when you go to the hot spring. When you come out of the hot spring, the glasses are foggy, and the waiter will hand you a napkin immediately. When you go to the pool, the waiter will put the slippers on the right side for you... Let’s talk about breakfast At that time, Ms. Zhao Qian also received warm reception. Generally speaking, I was amazed by the hotel's good service. Thanks to so many people, I will go there next time I have the opportunity!
