Beautiful experience
Excellent boutique hotel two blocks from downtown Pucon.
The bright rooms with balcony. Point against is that if you travel with two suitcases lack space.
Lovely and very complete breakfast, attended by owners.
Jose, the concierge, very helpful and respectful.
Every corner of the hotel is welcoming and wonderful taking care of every detail.
We'll definitely be back.

Staff is very supportive.
The breakfast is organized by shifts.
The rooms were clean, with new towels every day.
There's free parking and the hotel is close to downtown, just few minutes walk.

Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel and rooms were nice. I had an issue with my credit card and the staff helped me work through it and even let me stay my first night on faith that payment would work, instead of making a big deal about it.
Glad I booked my weekend stay in Pucón here.

lovely building- room was gorgeous and opened up on to a garden/deck which was a lovely space. friendly staff. highly recommend

Great location. Small room but adequate and a nice sized king mattress that two people can share. Solid breakfast. Accomodating and responsive front desk.
