Pool area was amazing.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Didn't appreciate all the added fees like parking and resort fees.
A bit overpriced compared to others with similar ameneties

We stayed at this hotel as my in-laws had their 50th wedding anniversary there a few years ago. We wanted to host a celebration of life ceremony for my mother in law who had recently passed and thought we would use that property as a venue for our proposed get together in October.
My husband and I stayed for two nights and we were so very disappointed at the service, it seemed to be completely understaffed, our room was very very outdated and the loud noise from the air conditioning kept us awake pretty much all night. Service was really subpar and the facilities really need an upkeep and maintenance.
I would not recommend this property at all, especially being in Quebec city it is very distant from the beauty of old city, and I would highly urge you not to book this property. Finally, as we checked out, they messed up our bill and we had all sorts of additional charges, when I called the reception desk there was a trainee who could not answer any of the questions so now I am left to call them back to follow up as to why my credit cards were charged multiple times for the same charge!
As a frequent traveller to Quebec city this hotel really is a disgrace to the BEAUTY of Quebec city. Perhaps it is my experience, but I am a avid traveller and I was very disappointed. I hope my review helps you and helps the property make the service the facilities and upkeep much better.

This hotel has stolen my security deposit. Every time I’ve called to ask for an update I’m either placed on hold indefinitely or hung up on.

The hotel was a great stop on our way from Toronto to Halifax. We arrived early and were told we would be notified once our room was ready, the staff was truly not very pleasant. As we were waiting in the lobby, we noticed others being checking into rooms. Upon enquiring whether a room was available, a different associate was able to get us into a room…. A little frustrating to know that we were not notified and had we not asked, we may have been waiting longer.

Nice place the pool area the garden and the dining room are perfect. However the room and the passages need a refrescher very desapointing due to this
