Best hotel we have ever stayed at

This hotel is spectacular! Best value ever! Spotless, beautiful rooms, and staff are fantastic as well. Otto on the front desk was cordial and helpful, along with the young lady next to him on the afternoon desk(missed her name). The attached Boston Pizza was also a bonus, with great food, reasonably priced. Indoor pool was large and water was warm.

My spouse and I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia to celebrate our two-year anniversary, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
Throughout the night, there was a significant amount of noise from guests partying in the hallways and nearby rooms, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The situation continued early in the morning, with children running through the hallways yelling and screaming as early as 5:00 a.m. Unfortunately, there appeared to be little supervision from parents, and the noise levels were not addressed.
In addition, loud televisions and conversations from neighboring rooms could be heard clearly, which further impacted our stay. We had chosen this hotel hoping for a peaceful and memorable anniversary getaway, but the excessive noise made that difficult to enjoy.
The hotel itself has potential, but better enforcement of quiet hours and consideration for other guests would greatly improve the overall experience.

Was told that there was no room for us to eat breakfast and that there would be a wait, but there were several open tables throughout the restaurant

Rented a 1 bedroom suite, very spacious and clean. Loved that the window shades are completely blacked out, it made for an excellent sleep! We were a little concerned at the close proximity to the elevator but our sleep was not disrupted at all!
Staff was friendly and accommodating..
We would definitely stay here again!!

Best hotel in Sarnia.

Have used this hotel 3 times since April. It is the cleanest hotel in Sarnia. The people at the desk are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with at all times . It is great having Boston Pizza in the hotel, they serve an excellent breakfast and the servers are very friendly. Recommend to everyone. They also have excellent prices. Worth every penny you spend.
