Would stay here again. The breakfast is 2nd to none for a hotel breakfast. So many options and a cook! Two drinks also given for the bar,

Lovely, clean and spacious room. The hotel is located in a great area, beside the old town. Breakfast was wonderful and bar staff were friendly. The only complaint I have is about 1 cleaner (the one who cleaned our room 1004). She was extremely rude. She blocked the corridor with her trolley 2 mornings in a row. Nightmare on our last day as we had big suitcases. No apology for doing it. She also took bath and hand towels and didn’t replenish them. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel where service should be of a higher standard.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. However, where things went bad was with the amenities. It is advertised as a suite, having a kitchenette. There were no plates, cups, or cutlery provided in the suite. When asked about it, I was told that it was because of Covid. I thought that we had moved beyond covid. It appears we are paying for an amenity that is not being provided.
They offered a free breakfast when the room was booked but it was chaotic. There were so many people, that when you collected your meal there was no where to sit and eat it. Because the dinning area was small, it would have been better to book time slots for breakfast.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast was great . All in all very nice hotel and staff.

Not being acknowledged when standing directly in front of the front desk employee set the tone for the rest of the stay.
He was rude, unknowledgeable, unhelpful and dismissive during each encounter.
Restaurant was a joke. Was told to take a seat and someone would be over. No one came to take my order. After an extended period of time, I left and asked for alternative dining recommendations. They gave me directions to a restaurant many blocks away….the kitchen had closed almost an hour prior.
Room was well appointed and spacious though you had to crawl over the bed to get to the bathroom door, poor layout.
Finally, parking garage was down an alley prior to the hotel and not clearly marked. It was very difficult to find and one of the tightest garages I have had to maneuver in.
Location is decent but I would not stay here again.
