Good hotel off the main highway

We choose this hotel as we wanted to stay on the outside edge of Moncton, just off the Trans Canada Highway.
Large hotel, with reasonable rooms. Our stay was blighted by the hotel’s internet and computer systems crashing, so a very slow check-in process, (and no wifi in the room that evening).
Breakfast was a real disappointment, only paying lip service to being adequate.
Plenty of parking, but only one elevator working, so queues to get up and down at times.
Next time I might try the nearby casino hotel.

Worst customer service EVER!

Horrible customer service.
Front desk attendants were rude and very unprofessional. Had issues with credit card, and instead of being helpful the reception gave dirty looks and smirked to their co-staff. We ended up being charged double, a total of $1080 for ONE night. The room itself was nice, in a great location, but I would never stay here again.

We had no TV remote in room phoned down to front desk and they said they would get one right up. had to stop at front desk the next day and ask again. finally got it. It would be nice if they would have a few benches outside the main lobby so people could enjoy the sunshine. only bench is the smokers bench

The room was clean. The welcoming at the front desk perfect as usual and the breakfast very good.
The problem came from the bathroom and the shower.
First the toilet was clogged and or very weak power to drain the water.
Then the shower…
Taking a shower with a clogged shower is absolutely disgusting. Having the water of the bath all the way to the ankle while showering must be one of the things I hate the most while travelling.
I’ve mentioned it to the front desk and the answer was: “ ok, I will let the maintenance know about it”. Not what I was expecting to hear after that.
I’ve always chooses this hotel in the past but I think that I will pass my turn the next time I’m in town.
