Nice hotel and location.

Nice Delta hotel on the waterfront. Nice room with water view. Great location to walk in the town and both ways along the waterfront. Friendly staff. However, supplies in the room weren’t replaced, so I had to ask at the front desk for coffee etc. for the room. A shame that cups etc. were disposable. Parking was a bit awkward but worked out ok.

Great location! Staff was kind as they sent a welcome gift to our room once they realized we were on our honeymoon. Would have liked being greeted by a bellman, but I don't know if they offer this service.

Wonderful

Stayed for one night as stopover between Toronto and Kingston .
Wonderful hotel.
Great location by the waterfront.
Huge room
Excellent connectivity and WiFi
À la carte breakfast was exceptional
Parking on site was easy
Bar area was lovely.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Would thoroughly recommend!

Location: Excellent location with an amazing view from the room.
Room: The room was spacious and clean
Facilities: The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the fitness room on the upper floor, which overlooks the city and lake, was under construction during our stay.
Concerns: The air conditioner in the room was very loud and outdated, which was disruptive, especially at night.
Overall: The hotel has a great location and beautiful views, but considering the outdated air conditioning and the fitness room being under construction, I found the hotel to be overpriced for the overall experience.

It was a nice experience at the Delta hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Location is amazing and the room was really nice and with water view it was a plus.
We really enjoyed our visit to Kingston and of course the Delta will be a good option for our next visit.
