The room was ok. There was a hole in the wall between the 2 beds that needed fixed. It was quiet, plenty of hot water but just need some updating

Nothing Special

Parking was plenty and area felt safe. This old hotel needs some major love. As soon as you walk into hotel room entrance you see dirty sitting chairs by the door and carpet that needs replaced. Overall, our night was quiet TV is very small. Could NOT turn TV on with remote, had to turn on manually. The major light between the beds did NOT work And what’s up with hole on the wall at the bottom of the light Overall room decor in simply outdated. Even the light hanging from the ceiling needs some simple repair and cleaning. Plenty of hot shower water and good pressure The Altona hotel comes off as a RedRoof Inn in my opinion. Start your remodel in room #39!

Our room was large and very clean. Every member of the staff, right from the lady that checked me in to the bar staff were wonderfully helpful and courteous. Great place to stay!

Superb Service

Unfortunetly my annual trip to the festival started with a fall injuring my wrist. The fortunate thing was the advice from the staff to go to Boudndry Trails instead of the Altonna Hospital,. My wtist was broken and requied surgery which I got auite quickly. I knew I would need the room another day and the hotel was fine with that. Enough of that. The hotel is centrally located and has great food and staff. The room is nicely decorated and very comfotable bed. it was a reaaly hot weekend and the air conditioning worked well. I will be back next year.

Friendly staff. They are in the process of updating. The common areas were a little run-down, but the rooms were good.
