The room with kitchenette was spacious and well-equipped. Lovely property nicely decorated and modern. Very friendly, helpful reception staff, and ideal location—central to primary sights and excellent restaurants. We loved the Agora Boutique and would stay there again.

We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out.
Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend!

Excellent for location

It’s small but not so boutique. Centrally located, it is adequate. We had to keep the bathroom door closed as the shower wouldn’t completely turn off.m, so obviously not well maintained. Breakfast was fairly ordinary at a nearby cafe.
The bed was comfortable. Although there was some outside noise after midnight it wasn’t so loud to prevent sleeping. The layout of the room however meant we were cramped for space for our bags.

Perfect place to stay for a trip to Sofia

The apartment was clean and spacious, staff friendly and knowledgeable. It is in a perfect location, close to all amenities and tourist attractions.
Only downside was that the dogs bed provided for a triple room was very uncomfortable and hard and the cleaner only chose to make up one out of the three beds each morning we were there, despite us leaving the beds unmade.

We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option.
The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location!
The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on the heating in advance.
