Worth the 72 euro per night/2 person with breakfast
old, kinda bad...all the other comments are correct. it only gets 5 stars because of the clean high pressure shower bathroom ! good beds and clean sheets.
you have like 15 min to the beach so its pretty ok since you go though all the market places till the beach.
No photos cuz the others photos are real from other visitors

Horrendous
We was staying with family for 2 weeks near Varna and decided to check into a hotel for our last couple of nights so we was by the beach, however from arriving at this hotel first impressions wasn’t great but we just wanted to unpack and go to the pool, we paid and was shown to our room the room had a horrid stench so we opened the door for ventilation as there’s no window to open,
the mattresses look like they were found in a skip and the bed linen was filthy.
The light fittings missing,faulty wiring everywhere and in the bathroom sunken drains with sharp edges on the tiles.
Wardrobe bottom missing and mould on the rear so unable to put clothes in there even if you wanted too
Front door unsecured could see the corridor through the holes in the expanding foam!!
Stayed for one night then went down to complain at 9:30 had to wait until 11 to speak with a manager (the First Lady I spoke with at 9:30 am)to seek a partial refund paid for the night we stayed then they charged us 9% on the remaining amount
We were just happy to get out of there without catching anything or our belongings being stolen through the broken front door!!

Vacation - Failed!
We are 4-members familly and were housed in the Dobrudja-2 building. View to the main street. I'll share our impressions for our 4-day stay.
Minuses:
- Narrow rooms - bearable in general.
- Pocket-size towels (we brought ours). Rusted stands for towels. The curtain in the bathroom with a visible lay dirt - fell and hit me on the head of the second day - we did not put it anymore.
- TV - old, snowie picture ...
- Front door sounds horrible when opened, the door frame mounted with a gap that "looks" toward the corridor.
- Wardrobes - WITHOUT shelves - wear hangers for each garment, we held most of ours in the suitcase and on the beds.
- Terrace - WITHOUT Clothes dryer.
- Hot metal roofs in front of the building.
- Groups with foreign camps are loudly practicing in a sports lounge - 2 meters from the balcony.
"A rusty and dangerous cradle for children with fallen beams stuck in a flowerbed.
- Late cleaning of the common areas 9: 30-10: 00, accompanied by ugly comments from the staff.
- For a 4-day stay, we were asked twice by staf when will leave the room, given that we had a 10 nights reservation - we were left with the impression that these were deliberate "checks"
- Parking is occupied by cars and buses. Our car has been blocked.
- The beach: far away to walk with children in the heat - only by car.
- To bring food in the room - 20 € amercement
(I did not know in case of an incident, or during the stay).
- Wi-Fi in the rooms price - 5 € per day.
- "Chuchurite" Restaurant (in which you have 20% discount) - Only meals, that are prepared in front of you! Cured "dishes" have the flavor of staying with other products in the freezer - the meat and other ingredients. The berserk was good - they prepared it before our eyes. I do not recomend the music - It's not authentic Bulgarian! And it's a shame for our nation!!!
- From the bar in the complex sounds loud music at least up to 3:00 a.m. It is impossible to sleep in an open window, and there is no air conditioners.
We knew what to expect for the price, we've paid, but we left the hotel at the half of our stay.
The reason: Too noisy teenage campers who rushed through our terrace and so on.....
We were deducted 20% of the amount instead of being compensated for the failed holiday. The 20% discount for the restaurant has rebuilt them in a very convenient way.
In my oppinion avoid all the area of Kranevo (Dobritch Municipality) - there are some "special" lows working there.
For a family with small children - this is not your place! In my opinion, Booking.com should stop offering this is a "Top Choice of Families."
Overall, the "long stay, at the expense of quality", was a "short stay, with a bitter taste".
Pluses:
- Solid building without gypsum board, for lovers of East Europian comunism times.
- Not sure if it's a plus: Two adults with 2 children used 2 triple rooms, 2 bathrooms (but one non-useable shower), 2 freezers (everything freezes without a potentiometer) and 2 TVs.
All in the rooms is small and half/over-functioning.
- The building location (for the season) - sunny mornings and evenings on the terrace. Shadowed during the day.
- Green - There is a blosom trees arround the place.
- In the rooms: comfortable mattresses, but too small - children's size.
- Bed sheets with cartoon characters - my children liked them a lot.
- Hot water in the rooms with good pressure (uphill).
- There were no mosquitoes and other insects during our stay.
- Cleaned and changed linen (underwear on day 3), toilet paper ...
- Most of the staff were kind.
"The Chuchurite Restaurant": The barbeque was delicious. Swallows, living under the shelter are so attractive!
- A clean pool... for now (there are mud and dirty chairs and sun loungers, which guests clean themselves). We enjoyed the pool with pleasure on the day when another group of camps has left the hotel.
The Kranevo village is a calm place itself, excluding the main streets.
If you travel by car - road is adventurous, еven dangerous, I think!!! If you don't have some previous information for the constructions on the road, you will get stucked on offroad way. No signs... no lights, no left, no right.... Drive with 2 pair eyes!!!
There are markets and places for you to spend your money. There is pharmacy, medicians (not sure for the quallity of help they can give)...
The condition of the beach is acceptable (for me), although the sand is dirty - All caused by people, again.
The East-European and Russian citizens are most tolerated here.
And the mood is arround 1970-1990 years. For me - this has some charm, because I am Bulgarian and I grew up in this years. But most of it is lost forever and harmed by greedy people. Sad!

To avoid!
I booked a twin room, received a triple (not bad), but that's just about all regarding good things that happened.
First room we received had a hole in the door (you could easily see through the door and below it - no threshold). Beside the pillows and the sheets (clean) on the beds we only had 3 small towels. No glasses (not even plastic ones). Damaged parquet. 2 curtains, but not enough to cover the windows. Not even once, during 3 nights, they came to clean the room.
Breakfast: same in every morning, boiled eggs, sausages, butter, jam, milk, tea, coffee (that was good).

Dla mało wymagających .
Ośrodek w typowym pokomunistycznym klimacie . Wartością dodaną jest basen ( duży , w otoczeniu drzew , woda czysta , może trochę za bardzo chlorowana , na obiekcie czysto . Personel mega sympatyczny i pomocny w każdej sprawie . Pokoje już z łazienkami i kabinami prysznicowymi w kafelkach ( kiedyś było różnie ) . Pokoje trochę za ciasne z balkonem , sprzątane codziennie , jednak pokoje w niższych częściach Complexu pomimo codziennego sprzątania mają mało przyjemny zapach ze względu na zacienione okna . Materace na łóżkach , też nadają się do wymiany , ze względu na plamy i całkowite zużycie . Na ostatnim piętrze jest Ok. Śniadania obfite ale monotonne , codziennie , to samo , jednak wszystko świeże . Wszystkie niedogodności wynagradza plaża i po dwóch dniach , nie zwracasz uwagi na warunki w Complex .
