Change of scenery in a green setting

Located in the mountains, the hotel's facilities are very complete - saunas, steam bath, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room, massage rooms, rental bikes.

Overnight stay after family party

Much extended since last stay. Ample parking. Level entrance. Accessible room just off reception. Room large. Comfortable bed. Good wetroom with Bath and shower. Altogether a comfortable, if short, stay. It’s a little out of town, but taxis are cheap

Everything is good here

I booked a week stay at this hotel and I can say it went beyond my expectations! Myself, my husband and the kids were very happy with everything - service, food, apartment, pool etc. Not sure what people don’t like. The food was enough for everyone, they changes some bits every day and still had a variety. The pool was clean, staff very friendly. We were lucky that not many guests during our stay and kids enjoyed the freedom of the pool. We spoke to one of the waiters who said it is more busy during the weekend and they have weddings that time, so a bit of an advice - book a stay during the week! The hotel is located just 5 from Blagoevgrad and very good starting point to major attractions. The room was very clean and the cleaners came every day. All in all - fantastic place for a week holiday on the mountains

Expected more.

We had a little bit higher expectations considering the price. The rooms were pretty nice, the staff were friendly. We went there during some hot days so we only used the outdoor pool which was amazing and the water temperature was great for an outdoor pool. The dinner was quite disappointing. The weren’t serving water, the food options were very limited and they told us we cannot sit on the tables outside because someone was celebrating their “name day”. The same night we had to sleep with the door open as there is no AC and there were kids absolutely screaming their throats out until 1am and of course we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast made up for the terrible dinner. It had tons of options and the food was delicious. The cocktails at the pool bar are NOT made by a bartender who has any knowledge in cocktails. The prices were like every other place but the actual cocktails were disastrous.

Ultimate relaxation

Beautiful serene and peaceful hotel, an awesome place to relax in comfort.
Modern, impeccably clean, with a very polite staff that is helpful and prompt.
The manager Victor is a great host, personally connecting with clients and constantly checking if anything is needed.
The food is great, fresh and authentic, the servers are fast and polite.
Awesome spa complex, cristal clean pools, massages and more.
Highly recommend!
