I was embarrassed by such hospitality!

The hotel is simple but comfortable. Wonderful location. The shower is excellent, the air conditioning works perfectly and cools the room quickly. The towels and bed linen were impeccable and with a delicious smell of softener that scented the whole environment.
The room cleaning needs to be requested, but that was not a problem during my stay. The restaurant deserves highlight: sensational food and great service.
But the big difference is, without a doubt, hospitality and service. All employees were extremely kind, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Everything I needed was served promptly, always with sympathy and care.
On my last night, Cris from the reception asked me what I liked the most about breakfast and what time I intended to wake up the next day. When I answered, she informed that they would prepare and take the coffee in my room. I was impressed with this level of attention to detail and care for me.
I leave with the feeling of being welcomed, not just hosted. My gratitude to the entire hotel and restaurant staff for making this experience so special. ❤️

A horrible hotel

The service is horrible, and I invite you to come with all your documents proving that you paid for your room because it is customary to charge you again on the day of your arrival

Travel to work

The hotel is falling apart. I had no good experience on the last trip. My reservation was made in advance, when I arrived tonight to check in I found out that I had the checkin of another guest as if it was me (they adjusted after a while and gave me another room).
Breakfast is weak and very few options.
The attendants are friendly, but the room service leaves nothing to be desired, I requested dishes and cutlery in the room and informed that they could not offer.

Room key already occupied by a couple in underwear, a gross mistake from the reception, and a work with a drill

First, after receiving the access card to room 209, I encountered a couple in underwear, which caused me and that couple an embarrassing experience. A flaw like this is unacceptable in a hotel. The room had no air conditioning and TV, I had to turn off the TV manually. Finally, around 9:30 a.m., I was awakened by a work, a drill near my room, which interrupted my sleep, and, after calling the reception, the reception informed me that that would be a scheduled maintenance, and that she could do nothing about it. I searched the hotel for a bath and rest, and the minimum to do would be a room exchange, or anticipate retirement before I pay for the room.

I don't recommend it, there is no hot water and bad internet

I definitely don't recommend it, showers without hot water and rooms with horrible internet. Despite the friendliness of the staff, nothing was resolved, each time a different excuse, I informed them about the fact and of the 10 days I spent at the hotel, I only took a cold shower and used up all my 50Gb on my cell phone plan to work because the internet didn't work.
