The best!

Excellent location, excellent staff and great service.
Immaculate breakfast, clean pool and excellent temperature.
Team score 1000 in all respects.
The boys at the reception attend with smiles on the face and brilliance.
The owner, excellent person and fine people.
We recommend 1000%.

Horrible and disgusting experience.

I stayed in this hotel on October 4th and unfortunately the experience was extremely bad. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, but when we entered, we realized that the jacuzzi was in completely unacceptable conditions: there was visible dirt, including dry semen, pubic hair and female hair. We were in a complete state of disgust and chose to leave immediately to return home.
At the reception I was informed that the amount would be refunded, since we did not use the room, but until now the refund has not been made. It is important to emphasize that we have already stayed in the hotel before and had a good experience, but this time we were deeply disappointed and angry with the lack of hygiene and the failure in the care.
We expect a quick solution and that situations like this do not repeat with other customers.

Good price

The stay meets less demanding audiences who seek price. The guesthouse has simple accommodation. Small bed and pretty simple bedding. The cleaning left a bit to be desired. Floor slightly clinging and clad bed linen. The service is good and the location, great! If you are looking for a price, now serve very well. But for more demanding audiences it can leave to be desired.

Badly structured.

Small hotel, poorly divided, no room to place the car. We could barely identify the reception. We stayed in a suite with a hot tub that spilled water and flooded the whole room. Air conditioning works well, we use it to dry the room. Small room with a mould smell. Very uncomfortable mattress, made a hole on one side. Luz ambiente bem fraca. Silent, there was no noise during the night that bothered. Good shower, water pressure sometimes exaggerated. There was an outdoor balcony overlooking the mountain. Breakfast served very late (at 8:30h) with a system I have never seen anywhere: served at home table: form bread, cake, mossarella, ham, margarine, jelly, melon and papaya, measured eggs on the table. Coffee, water, yogurt and orange juices and grapes at will. Reasonable pool, which has a roof for the rainy days. External area blooming, but small. I think it's the structure of the city. Very attentive attendees, always smiling and willing to help. To get to the beach there is a kombi that takes in the fixed hours, to go on foot you need to climb a strong slope and walk 15 minutes for a trail. Tired. You can't wear a slippers, it hurts your foot.

Great experience

Wonderful guesthouse, has a charming charm, great service, heated pool, large and very warm jacuzzi. I had a great day, which will be remembered in my and my husband's lives. I will definitely be back. I didn't say goodbye there because I know I'll be back.
