Great experience!

Excellent location. The studio apartment is large and very good. Needs improvements in some old parts.

Family Holidays March/2026

There was no soap on the sink, towels had to be asked to replace. The kitchen accessories very good for an ifood or cooking. We liked the room for having street views.

⚡️ Attention: be careful with the approach of “free nights” in access to Praia Brava

Attention to those who pass by Rua Profesor Ari Kardec Bosco de Melo, the main access to Praia Brava - be it a tourist, a resident or someone looking for accommodation.
I was approached at this place with the promise of four free nights, supposedly just to get to know the hotel.
⚡️ At no time was informed that it was a multiproperty sale or contract with parcels and fees.
Only after the visit, under commercial pressure, were we led to the signing of a contract, without enough time for reading or reflection. By showing doubt and intention to analyze calmly, we were informed that the conditions would change if we left the venue, which characterizes abusive practice and lack of transparency.
Researching later, I found several similar reports, including from other tourists, which indicates that this approach has been happening for months.
Warning: If someone offers “free days” on the street or near the beach, be suspicious, read everything calmly and do not sign anything under pressure.

Bad experience. Total decay.

Bad experience in all respects. The reception, management and restaurant are bad at the service. The cleanliness, leisure areas and rooms are to be desired. Comfortable and decadent structure. We were super poorly served and had no assistance for anything we needed. I do not indicate and will not stay in this hotel again.

RATS

The restaurant is in line with the "Hotel" in short you count a scam, horrible food and 480 reais a dinner for two, which outrages you, especially the two characters who attend to you.
