Great place to stay

The hotel has a good infrastructure, it is very cozy and we feel at home. Vera, who attended us most of the time, is a person's love. Always very asking, friendly, gave us several nice tips on the tours and places to eat. The location of the hotel is also very good, it is close to Florybal Park and others, in addition to being a quiet place, without much traffic noise in the streets. The breakfast is very good, with various options of bread, cakes, fruits... and it's them who produce. Our family loved the apfelstrudel, and even ordered with them to bring home. All staff are very polite, which made our experience even better. We had only one problem in the showers, but nothing that made the experience bad.

Hosting with a taste of "I'm home"

Simple and very cozy place, everything very clean and organized, wonderful breakfast, excellent accommodation, wooded outdoor environment, with space for children to play and adults to rest, under a lot of shade and a relaxing breeze. Ample parking. Professionals of extreme competence, sympathy and cordiality. We feel at home. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely come back many more. Super we indicate.

Ótima opção de hospedagem na Serra Gaúcha. Localização estratégica entre Canela e Gramado. Excelentes acomodações, apartamentos amplos em meio a natureza. Atendimento diferenciado.

Pousada bem localizada, limpa, café da manhã muito bom, local tranquilo e jardim bonito.
Funcionária D.Vera muito atenciosa, simpática e bondosa, principalmente com nosso filho.
Os outros funcionários também muito educados.
Voltaria com certeza!
