Second time disappointing

We had already stayed in the hotel in 2025 and had a great experience, so we decided to stay in it again in 2026 but the experience was different I made a reservation in January to March, when I confirmed I had a downtime because I was informed that there would be no more rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, but Estevão resolved this situation. The check-in was okay, but when we went to bed we felt the blankets smell bad, they were changed and the problem continued, the phone from the reception no longer answered and my son went down to talk about a third exchange, the receptionist ironized that they would have to change 500 times the blankets from our room, they changed a third time, but even so they were not perfumed. Currently the hotel is in reform and the room was not clean, because I have a child we always look under the bed to see if no toy fell and, in addition to dust, canudinho, there was even a body oil under the bed. I think that if the hotel is in reform is a sign of the desire to improve the experience for guests, but it is of no use that the owners invest in infrastructure and have employees sabotaging the experience with sarcasm and disrespect. The hotel restaurant very good evening, the service and the food.
