Belo local

Uma pousada aconchegante com vista para o mar e quartos simples e bonitos, um ótimo restaurante e excelente café da manhã, saída para o mar e para a Rua das Pedras próximos de todas as atrações da cidade de Búzios e de acesso as praias conhecidas

Great location, poor hotel!

Pros: The apartments are located near the heart of Buzios, "Rua das Pedras". Very good location and good room view.
Cons: No room service, no elevator, too many stairs to get into the apartment (really not recommended for Seniors), bugs, very simple apartment, poor security and too expensive.
When my wife and I stayed there in March/2016, the toilet in the apartment was clogged before we checked in.

Great location with very spotty service

This pousada is in a great location and very reasonably priced with a great view. However, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere in Buzios, especially if you are not Brazilian. When I arrived I was told that my room (just my room?) had a problem with the water supply pipe, and I was taken to another place up in the hills and far from the beach for the first night of my stay. When I say "told" I mean via e-mail 2 hours before my check-in time. When I arrived, no one there was able to speak to me in either English or Spanish. I was able to stay at Bardot Apartamentos for my remaining 3 nights, and the room itself was decent, but nothing special. I booked a room with a balcony, but what I got was just a big window overlooking the harbor. And of course I couldn't complain or discuss this with the staff... The building is fairly old and not particularly well-maintained. This means power outages, loss of hot water, spaces around doors and windows through which you can expect many bugs, and very steep cobble stone steps. Noise from people partying on the street below was also a problem late at night. To add insult to injury, the staff would knock on the door early in the morning to clean the room or collect my final payment, and unlike ANYWHERE else, they would not leave until I answered the door, even in my bath towel. "Please come back later" was not an option. I was traveling with friends from elsewhere in Brazil who stayed at a hotel down the street, and they all said that I was being taken advantage of and mistreated because I couldn't argue in Portuguese.

Caído

Precário. O quarto é pequeno e sem encantos. Isso não pode ser confundido com ambiente aconchegante. Não há recepção e, da rua, para chegar ao quarto é preciso escalar vários lances da escada externa de paralelepípedos. Com malas e com chuva. O estacionamento a duas quadras. Conforto zero. Zero também de iluminação no quarto. Sem café da manhã. Tudo isso passaria, se o dia estivesse esplêndido (pq havia uma bela vista) e se fosse possível usufruir de todas as facilidades e points da cidade. Mas, em plena pandemia, com boa parte dos cafés fechados, com chuva e sem qualquer conforto (nem o da comunicação com a administração), a hospedagem foi um martírio.

Vista incrível e localização perfeita

Pegamos o quarto 1, com varanda privativa. Um dos dias choveu e essa vista e localização fizeram a diferença. Há restaurantes ótimos vizinhos ao apartamento e isso ajudou bastante. No quarto há microondas, frigobar, tv e ar-condicionado . Além de louça e talheres. A senhora Lúcia e Heloísa são maravilhosas. O estacionamento fica a algumas ruas de distância mas nada longe. Não é preciso usar o carro para nada durante a hospedagem, fizemos tudo a pé, de táxi boat (15,00 por pessoa) ou uber(acho que tem poucos na cidade, táxi boat resolve se quiser ir para outras praias).
