The Best Hotel in Mandalay

Everything about Mingalar Mandalay Hotel is of excellence. The services that they provide is top notch in accordance to International Hospitality Standards. We stayed at this hotel for convenience and to host our business seminar event at its spacious Thazin Grand Ballroom. The whole team including management, sales, and all the remaining staffs are all extremely resourceful and supportive throughout our stay there, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay and operate a smooth successful seminar event there. So, if you are visiting Mandalay either for business or vacation, Mingalar Mandalay Hotel is your number one Hotel to choose!

Ultra Strongly Recommened!

I was going to stay at the hotel for a short time until I rent a condominium in Mandalay.
However, the hotel's facilities were clean, Staffs are friendly, and the food was satisfactory. Hence, I signed a six-month long-term contract.
All the hotel staff are fluent in English, and even Lynn Myat Aung of Reception desk was fluent in Korean, which helped me a lot.
I would like to thank everyone who works here, from Salesmanager to Laundary Staffs, Cleaning Staffs and Restaurant Staffs.
If you are staying in Mandalay, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

- Laundry Service : Excellent
- Cleaning Service : Excellent
- Staffs : Super Excellent.

Fabulous Experience!

Stayed at deluxe suite room for 3 nights and very warm welcome from the front office. The hotel was lovely and the room was spacious enough with all the amenities given. Definitely enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and will come back again! Thank you to Ko Kyaw Thura, Ma Ei, Ma Yadi, Ko Aung Naing Khant and the team for such warm hospitality given!

Continental buffet

Yesterday we went for the Continental buffet at this hotel. The sushi and pizza we're good however the meat was not tender and the noodles and dim sum had a particularly bad taste. The dessert buffet was very small. Another thing was that it was understaffed as there were no chefs to guide you in your meat choice.
This buffet was very poor when compared to the buffet at Pullman Yangon to which I went last week.
I am very disappointed.
