Wonderful aparthotel! New, modern spacious and in the best location
Perfect location, spacious rooms, brand new, lovely and friendly service. Highly recommend for couples and families. Lovely Mountain View, a walk away from the main cables, the centre, with parking place. Pleasant SPA, and supermarket near by.

Not worth the price
The property is in a very good location - close to the town center with excellent restaurants and very near the main ski lift station, which makes it convenient for a ski holiday.
However, our overall experience was mixed and did not match the expectations created by the price level and category of the accommodation. We paid nearly €4,000 for six nights in a family apartment for four people, yet no cleaning during the stay was included at all. Only after arrival did we find in the property regulations that cleaning is provided once only for stays of eight nights or longer. Interim cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, while a €110 final cleaning fee is automatically added to the bill. Guests are also expected to take out their own trash during the stay, and only four rolls of toilet paper are supplied for the entire apartment, meaning that basic essentials must be purchased independently.
One of the bedrooms in our apartment (which was occupied by my brother and me) has no proper doors, only sliding panels, and although it has its own bathroom, the bathroom itself lacks any door. This results in very limited privacy and feels like an impractical design choice for families or mixed groups.
Breakfast quality was modest and below expectations: dry pre-cut bread and inexpensive store-bought cakes were served daily with limited variety. On the morning of our departure, we prepared a few sandwiches to take with us for a long journey home. We were stopped on the way from the breakfast area to our room and rather rudely reprimanded by the receptionist, who counted how many sandwiches we had taken and stated that this was not allowed. We fully understand that taking food from breakfast is generally against the rules and we respected this throughout our stay, making a one-time exception only on the day of departure due to long travel ahead of us. Nevertheless, the situation could have been handled with more discretion and courtesy rather than in a way that felt embarrassing in front of other guests.
In summary, while the location is excellent, several aspects of service, amenities, and apartment design were inconsistent with the price and with what most travelers would reasonably expect from a family apartment in this category.

Modern house directly in Schladming
As seen in the photos house with high quality equipment . Sauna area with adjoining roof terrace which invites you to linger. Breakfast in very good quality . The manageress especially friendly and down to earth with valuable tips about the area . Location directly in Schladming railways , restaurant etc. within walking distance . Worth mentioning is the free underground parking with E charging station - fair billing. Aparthotel we recommend gladly . Studio 8 had a balcony into the garden , for two people sufficiently large. Breakfast can be booked on site .

The most horrible experience
We paid 1500 euros for 5 days.
While other hotels were fully booked, this hotel was almost empty.
Breakfast was poor and stale. We bought our own groceries and had breakfast in our room.
We asked for breakfast refund but were refused.
The room was not cleaned during the 5 days of stay. No one took the trash out of the trash can.
An additional 90 euros were asked for room cleaning instead.
During check-out, the hotel owner/manager forced my wife take out trash can and leftover food.
She was rude and insulting and called us horrible guests for no reason.
She ruined our impressions of our holiday in Austria.

Weary nice hotel good location clean and nice staff
We Stay at this hotel for a week in January 2019 in a very nice room with lot of space ( apartment). We loved the hotel. The location, the staff, and the surrounding. They also have a very nice inside parking garage. When we arrived we get the best welcome greeting that i have had for a long time. We had some issue with our booking but they solved it in a professional way. The staff was very nice I felt I was a part of a family. The location is perfect for ski lovers. The sauna and relaxing room is excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel for every one.
We have already bookt this hotel again in 2020 for the family.
