If you are too stressed, this is a perfect place to relax. If not, you will enjoy it even more
I will try to enumerate point by point and i hope not to miss something:
- the location is from a fairytale: green grass (in april), a little river in front, birds singing around, quite, fresh air, country smell. Very easily accessible by car, which in germany appears to be "business as usual" :)
- the pension: if you like the bavarian style, you will feel great here. Every little corner has been subject to a careful decoration and anytime you pass by it you notice something new. You will anyway get in love with it. At the first floor there is a lecture room and the breakfast one. At the first floor there is a small kitchen where you have a fridge and coffee and tea facilities anytime you want.
- the room: ours was at the last floor and contained a small corridor + a room with shower and wc + another one with sink, big wardrobe and a bench + the bedroom with a big comfortable double bed, an armchair, a tv, a table + a big balcony with a balansoar and a table with chairs looking to the green valeys, mountains and small river in front. We had everything we needed (including facial tissues, pads, hair dryer etc), clean and very comfortable. The weather was chilly but in the room was very pleasant.
- the breakfast: it was simple, not a lot of diversity, but enough. Juice, some cheese, some meat, bread, cereals and jams and eggs if you ask for. Personally i would've like more cheese variety (as i don't eat meat, bred or sweets :))
- the owner: she is very nice, helpful and wants to make you feel welcomed at any moment
The price is quite reasonable at ~50 euros / night / room (+ the resort fee) usimg booking.com; even if we've seen some pensions with ~40 euros, we would make the same choice over and over again. In those money we received Inzell cards but we did not have time to use them, being all time away in salzburg, obersalzburg, munich etc.
The only negative thing was that the towels had an old and unpleasant smell, as if they were not properly dried.

loving it
It has been a real pleasure to stay at Haus Marianne.
We absolutely can and will recommend this place.
Hopefully next time we can spend some more time in Inzell.

fairy tale!In the good price
This was a wonderfull experience. We where travelling to Italy and decided to stay one night between Innsbruck and Salzburg. We chose this plase. I t was cosy, comfortable witha an amazing view. The room was large, and bed comfy. There was also a nice clean bathroom with all the facilities you might need. And breakfast in the morning!. we Fresh fruit cheese bread coffe. It's a wonderful place to stay ! the prices.. it was 50 E for two with a breakfast. I highly recommand it!
P.S The owner is a very nice ad helpful lady.She and her husband run this guesthouse for couple of years and as it seems they have the "regulars" ;)

Familiäre Pension mit gutem Frühstück
Wir haben zehn wunderschöne Tage in der Pension Haus Marianne verbracht.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben direkt den ein oder anderen Ausflugs-/Wander- und Restaurant-Tipp bekommen. Wir hatten das Zimmer "Panoramablick" gebucht, welches sehr liebevoll und im typischen bayerischen Stil eingerichtet ist. Dort wacht man morgens mit direktem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang auf. Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Frühstück ist liebevoll hergerichtet, ist reichhaltig und beinhaltet alles, was man für einen guten und gesunden Start in den Tag braucht. Von unterschiedlichen Brötchensorten, über Müsli mit frischem Obstsalat und Naturjoghurt, bis hin zu vielen Sorten Käse und Wurst.
In der Pension gibt es eine kleine Gästeküche, in der ein Kühlschrank steht. Hier werden gekühlte Getränke, Tee und Kaffee angeboten.
Vor der Pension stehen den Gästen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen :-)

Gemütliche Pension mit gutem Frühstück
Das Haus Marianne ist eine gemütliche Pension im typischen Chiemgauer Stil. Die Gastgeberin hat alles sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war riesig und mit dem kleinen Wohnzimmer und dem Nebenzimmer, das neben reichlich Raum für Koffer und Kleidung, noch ein drittes Bett bietet, hatte es fast schon den Charakter einer FeWo, minus der Küche. Dafür gibt es eine kleine Teeküche im Haus, in der auch gekühlte Getränke angeboten werden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und Angelika füllt immer wieder auf.
Preis und Leistung passen hier auf jeden Fall zusammen
