The staff were really nice and the chef made a good breakfast. Rooms were perfect for a young family and bonus that there was a dry room and place to put your skis. Will be back next year

We arrived at 8pm. No body at the reception. (It's ski season ) , have to make a long distance call, a Chinese guy showed up(with red face after drinks) ,said we should call him,! he is no responsibility to be the reception .my friend asked him, if the parking is full. He replied with a rude attitude :you can park anywhere, n if you wanna refund, you can go ahead ! Maybe the boy is the boss, he don't care or know anything about service? I feel sorry for the boss, will not come back again

Clean rooms, friendly staff snd and nice areas to hang out. Great for snow season as they have free drying room, free hot dryers and snowboard/ski storage downstairs, which makes it super convenient and more comfortable for us overall. Great location as well because it is a few minutes walk away from the shops.
Would recommend the lake view rooms, the view is gorgeous!
