Great position
Situated on the Esplanade and walking distance to shops, restaurants, hotels, takeaways and coffee shops, the property is well positioned to enjoy time in Hervey Bay.
Best units are at the front of the building and receive plenty of sunshine whereas ours was at the back of the property and direct sun was not available.
Our unit on the 4th floor was a 3 bedroom unit, with 2 bedrooms locked off.
Large in size and very comfortable.
Good linen , good kitchen appliances and full size fridge.
Bbq downstairs near pool for those who needed it.
Excellent undercover parking also.
This is a nice property with a lift .

Beach across the road.
Food at the front door was quirky coffee shop, 72 flavours icecream parlour, fish and chips with bug lineups (so must be good), Chinese, noodles. More if prepared a little way.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which was huge inside and also had plenty of space in the balcony.
Close to cafes and takeaways, only a few mins walk.
