Very good,

Very convenient location with respect to all points of interest, parking, walking distance to shopping center m / nightlife.
Location: well-kept, spacious rooms, bathroom complete with everything you need, very comfortable beds, large floor-to-ceiling windows with very suggestive panoramic views.
Food: full breakfast, wide choice, a la carte request station, quality ingredients.
Gym: to review, too small.
Staff: extremely friendly and professional

Excellent stay!

- Location is not the best but manageable
- It doesn't have a huge designer lobby
But what it has is excellent staff, quick service, large very well-appointed rooms (no street noise) and everything else that will make your stay seamless and enjoyable.

Was perfectly located for a weekend away. Buffet breakfast was ample and fresh. Staff were very helpful.

Good location, great accommodations, greater breakfast, GREATEST team employees!!

The accomodations we had for our four-night stay was every bit of fantastic! As great as our room was, as yummy as the breakfast was, the Four Points team far surpassed everything else. Every single team member we encountered, was delightful, helpful, knowledgeable, genuine! From the moment we were greeted by Lauren on the first day, Sharah, and her breakfast team, Andy the great cook, and even the new trainees, not only are they wonderful ambassadors to Four Points Sheraton Brisbane, but a most positive image of our first impression to Australia. Thank you so much for a great stay! It was such a joy to return after our Princess Cruise for one last night before catching our plane back to the states.
Location: great (near the Queen Street Mall and the Brisbane Botanic Gardens
Atmosphere: A bustling city, with a variety of people types!
Rooms: Pleasant and efficient
Value: Great for us, amazing breakfast included!
Cleanliness: Very, attention to detail
Noise level: Despite construction throughout the surrounding area, the noise level was minimal.

Unfortunately there is a construction opposite, new railway station, with works 24/7 so not good for sleeping despite the hotel's best endeavours to reduce the noise. Staff terrific.
