Don’t go here

Only good for location and free breakfast!
When we got there had to ring a number cause there is basically no one on reception. I rang to check in they said ok and put the phone down eventually found a email with room numbers and lock box codes warning make sure you check draws cause found piece of paper with code on in a draw how long it had been there I don’t know. So they don’t change the codes very often
Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights though booking.com who gave it a 7
One room (103) was ok clean and had all the facilities they said online.
The other room (112) had clean bedding but that’s it, half the facilities missing from room,
Room was right next to the employees rest room which they seemed to be able to smoke in otherwise I don’t know where the stale smoke smell was coming from because it was meant to be a no smoking hotel.
People have said it’s been revamped, only thing I found was new flooring in some areas.
They also say they speak English they don’t.
There also wasn’t any body about for you to complain to.

Terrible - do not waste your money

Absolutely terrible - we stayed 3 nights and I did not see one single hotel employee the whole time. Room was clean when we arrived. Double bed given for myself and my 13 year old son, one mattress, normally Europeans have 2 mattresses so not ideal. No wardrobe. Bathroom was so small and no towel rail or hooks - no where to put toiletries. Our room was not cleaned, no coffee/tea restocked, no toilet paper, no clean towels provided, bin not emptied, basically nothing.. There was a leak under the toilet. I could not voice my concerns as nobody was to be seen. Reception was closed every time.

Io a dormito in un altro poste. Io chiamata il compania e excplica che io non a internet. Loro non po fare qualcosa per me. Io parla con mi credti card compania per un refund.

Ohne Personal, um zum Treppenhaus zu gelangen, war durch einen dunklen, verlassenen Speiseraum zu gehen, der Teppichboden war mit Flecken übersät, abgestandener Rauch, Baustaub, erster Türcode funktionierte nicht, braune Glimmflecken am Waschbeckenrand, tote Fliege im Wasserkocher, Löcher in der Tapete und einiges mehr. Bei Bedarf sende ich Ihnen gerne Fotos.

Wir hatten einen kaputten Badschrank, kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer, so z.B. gab es eine Nachttischlampe, die jedoch nirgends anzuschließen war; die Dusche war großteils mit Panzertape repariert, Frühstück war trotz Buchung nicht erhältlich, da am Sonntag Morgen um 9.00 schlicht und einfach NIEMAND vom Servicepersonal im Haus aufzufinden war
