Ok hotel. Didn’t like the attitude of some of the workers but maybe just the German style. Located very nice close

I'll start with the good stuff. Breakfast was great, with lots of tasty options and good quality products. Now for the bad, the staff at breakfast was rude and not welcoming at all.
The hotel in general is dated with a need of renovations in many aspects. The room where I stayed had lots of issues. For starters, the WC had water of a disgusting color, probably because of some rust buildup. Had to flush it maybe 5 times for it to be usable and even then, the water and the bottom of the loo stayed dirty.
The fridge smelled quite bad, including every glass, the water bottle and even bottle opener in it. The water coming out the sink had tiny black bits so it was not drinkable.
Overall an ok stay but would not return.

The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. WiFi worked ok.

Service on Saturday from 5 pm
not occupied. Drinks must be purchased in the city.
We had to interrupt breakfast because a drug had to be taken from the pharmacy. Afterwards a continuation was not possible, despite breakfast time because we were there before.

Wir bieten auch Zimmer mit Dusche statt Badewanne an. Damit wir Ihren Wunsch berücksichtigen können, muss dies jedoch vorab bei der Buchung oder Anreise angegeben werden. Nach Verfügbarkeit setzen wir den Wunsch dann selbstverständlich um.
Da wir nicht rund um die Uhr an der Rezeption besetzt sind, kann es vorkommen, dass unser Team kurzzeitig im Haus unterwegs ist. Um 17 Uhr waren wir jedoch auf jeden Fall vor Ort. Getränke können während der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption käuflich erworben werden.
Bezüglich des Frühstücks: Wenn Sie Fragen oder Wünsche haben, können Sie sich jederzeit an unsere Kollegin wenden. Sollte die Frühstückszeit bereits vorbei sein, ist ein nachträgliches Frühstück leider nicht mehr möglich.

Satisfaction and price is right
Ideally located in the city center/old town, this is an acceptable house. Although our DG room in the rear building was a bit awkward to reach via stairs. The spacious room was very clean with comfortable single beds. Only the high bathtub edge made it difficult to get out. Conclusion: Value for money absolutely okay especially regarding the decent breakfast buffet.
