Very mixed
The sent code for access was invalid. Only after a long wait and several attempts at a telephone hotline was a replacement code sent. Not for those in a hurry.
For stays of several days, the rooms are not cleaned. Similar to Airbnb.
Very impersonal.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I had a really frustrating experience with this place. I checked in via the app and received all the necessary information, even on my watch, including the door PIN code well ahead of my stay. I also received a confirmation message saying my room was ready early for check-in, which made everything seem smooth and well-organized.
However, when I arrived around midnight, I discovered that the room had been double booked. There is no physical reception on-site, which made the situation even worse. I tried calling their support, but the on-call helper was incompetent and not at all willing to find a solution or offer any real help.
This left me stranded in the middle of the night in Berlin with nowhere to sleep. Completely unacceptable and incredibly stressful.
It might seem like a smart, modern concept, but when something goes wrong and you actually need help, it turns into a nightmare. I strongly recommend that people spend their money somewhere else.

For a self-serve hotel it's solid.

It wasn’t clear when I booked that there were no reception and using an app is not ideal.
