A fantastic experience to discover Albania!

Everything was great, it exceeded our expectations! The view is amazing and the people are so nice. It is a little bit out of town, which makes it perfect since it is quieter. There are many restaurants, bars and beaches nearby. (yes, there is air conditioning)
We can only recommend!

A wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here because it was quiet, had great views, a lovely pool area and parking. The rooms are very clean and have balconies as well as refrigerators.
The beach nearby is small and probably not the best one around and you have to walk down a rocky path to get to it. It is an easy walk on regular streets to the main area for restaurants, shops and fruit stores.
The family that owns the hotel are very helpful and accommodating.
There are nice amenities like free towels by the pool and a lovely outdoor patio for breakfast.
Although not the most economical place to stay, we really enjoyed our stay because of the beautiful pool and the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Would return again!

Too expensive for what you get

We had mixed feelings about this accommodation.
Although the hotel is actually a bit secluded on a hill with a pretty nice view of the sea and a little further away from the wild hustle and bustle, however, extremely unpleasant and very loud party music roars from a beach club from a distance so you just don't get a moment of rest. The whole thing then continues until late in the evening and has therefore been rather unsuitable for us as a family.
The pool area is quite nice but we lacked parasols here as there was otherwise little shade.
We had a rather small room in three and the breakfast was kept very simple.
Highlights are the nice owners. There was a family atmosphere.
Parking included, which is really worth a lot in Ksamil.
For Ksamil standards, the 150€ per night (we booked 5 months in advance, 3 people) for August may be really rather cheap but we still found that the Price quality ratio was not quite right here.
In fairness, however, I would also like to say that for us Ksamil is simply a place to avoid if you are looking for peace and relaxation and above all the real Albania.

Not suitable for families, overpriced, bad service

The hotel is on top of a hill with no proper way to the beach. The apartments have basic infrastructure and are not suitable for families with kids. The toilet has just shower head without cabin or curtain. The hotel is overpriced for the quality that they offer. The owner is impolite and agressive. Definitely would never go back and not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Accommodating and welcoming

Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The overview states shared kitchen, what they mean by this is they have a lovely eating area (where breakfast is served) that you can use throughout your stay and can use the cups, plates, glasses and cutlery if you wish. Rooms were lovely and clean, the views from the hotel were lovely. The pool was lovely too and they offer free pool towel hire which was an added bonus. Hotel off the beaten track a bit so would recommend comfy footwear if you can anted to explore. The hotel does offer a shuttle for a small fee so everything is accessible. Breakfast was good- but a little cold, which I think could improve with a hot plate. Coffee is free all day long ans you can purchase water and drinks from the dining area. Would definitely return and recommend.
