Lovely venue terrible customer service.

I actually had a very pleasant stay at Red Tin Roof and would highly recommend apart from the fact that they charged me twice for my stay. I paid at the property on my arrival and my card was then charged again after I left. This could easily have been a simple error and should have been resolved as soon as I brought it to their attention. I contacted them and provided bank statements showing the two separate payments. Someone promised to look into it, but I have never had any further response and my additional messages have been ignored. What a shame.

Excellent accommodation

My one night stay at the Red Tin Roof exceeded my expectations. The room and facilities were great. My room was one of four which branched off a central sitting room with a large fireplace (great for winter evenings). The breakfast was lovely.

Red Tin Roof Review

Relaxing atmosphere. Large trees provide shade and protection from the sun. The rooms are spacious. The verandah around the building is a plus. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Some areas outside need some maintenance.
