What a view !
So glad we chose this hotel. The views are amazing from the bar and pool area and we had a great view from our room. As other reviewers have said the family are so lovely and welcoming . Yannis picked us up with our luggage as we were with Jet2 and you get dropped off at the shop on the road and have steps to climb . These are not an issue but would be difficult with luggage.
Andonis (apologies if ive spelt it wrong )is always around serving drinks and food and is such a nice chap to have a chat with and very helpful, even giving us some spinach pie to help us on our way ,walking into town !
The rooms are very clean with frequent towel changes and toilet rolls restocked . They have mosquito screens and shutters on the patio doors and windows
There is also a clothes airer on the balcony .The menu is quite small but was all delicious and very resonable price .
The walk into town takes about 30 mins to get to the harbour but mostly flat . A taxi back to the reception is €10 .
We met some lovely people in our week at the hotel ,who all loved the hotel as much as we did. Would definetely return !

Fantastic stay
We just returned from a wonderful holiday in this lovely family hotel, run by Antonis, Yannis,and Salome .
It has spectacular views , great pool area and has plenty of sunbeds available.
Antonis made sure that we had everything we needed, and made our stay wonderful.
Some steep steps up to the hotel, which is why you have views to die for, but we were picked up by Yannis on arrival, and driven back with our luggage to the pick up point at the end of our stay, all done with a welcoming smile .
Steps up are worth it,as this is such a good location ,close proximity to beaches, cafes,and supermarket.
Food at the hotel was so delicious , we ate in most evenings, and can recommend all on the menu.
Looking forward to returning to this hotel, lovely people

Room with a view!
We loved our stay at Scorpios. The family who own it are so helpful and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Our apartment was spacious and we appreciated having a lovely big balcony with great views.
The food was always good and exceptional value. We ate several times at breakfast, lunch and dinner and it did not disappoint.
The room was cleaned every other day with a quick tidy every other day which was more than we expected.
Special thanks to Antonis for his tireless service and his Mum for her kindness (and Dad for great cooking, we suspect!).

Five star view two star hotel !
On arrival I was d dropped off outside a small supermarket on a very busy road. I had hoped that someone would be meeting me and helping with luggage luckily the owner of the supermarket did call the Scorpios Hotel and Antonious then picked me up. My first impression of the hotel was five star view and two star facilities. Room had everything needed for very basic self catering and it was very very clean. The shower was a bit more problematic because somebody extremely tall must’ve done the installation and it was impossible to place the showerhead to the hook. Also, the shower floor became extremely slippery and I would have welcomed a rail on the wall to hang onto the only way I managed was to actually wet a towel and stand on it to prevent me from slipping . The view from the balcony was fabulous I will probably never have one as good.! the Food in the Bar and was good as well I the Breakfast.
However there is one reason I will not return because on one very hot early afternoon there was a knock on my door and the manageres burst in through the door into the room with the cleaners and she headed straight in and grabbed the remote control for the air-conditioning and turned it off! She said you do not use air conditioninh during the day and then proceeded to open doors to the balcony to let air in implying that I had not been airing that room. In in fact, I had only had air-conditioning on for five minutes to get cool before I set off to town! I have not seen any document or evidence of the fact that air-conditioning use was in way limited! And the way she behaved made me feel very angry and bad. Discussed this with people I know they think it was a huge invasion of privacy.. if there was a problem with using the air-conditioning I should have had that information right from the beginning but to me it seems crazy to have air-conditioning and then not being able to use it at the hottest part of the day! However, I decided not to make a scene about the whole thing and just stayed away from the bar area as much as I could so I would not really need to see her again . On the whole I had a enjoyable stay and a good rest and it was a shame that it was marred by this incident. As I finally left the I was again helped with my luggage very kindly by Antonious and taken to the pick up point by Vasilil unfortunately the Jet2coach was 45 minutes late making me worry that I might miss my flight however the airport was fairly quiet and there was no problem going through the customs and immigration.

Already thinking of coming back to this friendly, beautiful hotel
Just returned from our first visit to Lefkada and our first (but probably not last!) stay at Hotel Scorpios.
From the moment we arrived, to the breathtaking view from reception and the pool area, to the moment we sadly had to depart, the family who run this place made it feel like home. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious with sea views. We ate at the hotel a couple times and the food was delicious - try the chicken souvlaki, extremely tasty!
The walk in to Nidri took 20 mins, and taxis in the town are readily available for a return trip if preferred. The mini market at the foot of the hotel is stocked with essentials and the nearest small pebbly beach (Pasha) is great for a cool off. The beaches closer to Nidri have loungers and views across the harbour.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thanks for a perfect holiday.
