Nice accommodation

We spent a night as a family at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Nice receptionist. Not huge selection of breakfast, but considering the price and hotel size it was great! We were all pleased!
No ac in the room, which is normal. But there was a big fan that fixed circulation (it was great)!
Thank you for your stay!

No duvet and poor service

Not having a duvet on the bed and not getting help with it when you call gives a bad grade and a sleepless night. Asked for compensation but was turned down and that they should only feed back to cleaning staff. You can do better if you are to get returning guests and a customer who recommends you!

A lot on the minus side

On the plus side: location was good. And free coffee. The room was ok clean.
On the minus side:
No Wifi in the room, it only worked in the hallway… We had never chosen to stay there if we knew this. When I told them at the reception, they already knew this but “we do not know in which rooms it does not work”. Well, find out! Terrible!! Both connectivity and service. Tip to the hotel: do not market it with you have wifi if it does not work.
In addition:
Worn room, scuffed wallpaper.
The bed/reading light was broken and the girl in the rehearsal had no more she said.
Strange smell in the hallway
The first day at breakfast we waited for pancakes. Then came three (!) pieces.(there were more waiting). Very strange setup.
The one who served/handled the breakfast walked around in linen, so unfresh and unprofessional.
Incredibly screamed, many families with children with poor control of the kids at breakfast.
Additional info:
It was possible to park in the garage under the hotel for about 200 per day.

Perfect for 1 night stay.

The hotel is very central which can be convenient & convenient, but instead it became quite disturbing with a reasonably well trafficked road outside & loud voices from eateries just outside.
I also got the single room right next to the breakfast room & opposite the elevator which felt like a laughably bad choice of room!
The hotel also used very strong detergent that smells unpleasant artificially in both rooms and corridors, I had to open the window to air out.
Hard bed & hard pillow did not contribute to a better experience.
The only positive was that there was a garage to park safely in and that the rooms and other areas felt clean.
(Except in the breakfast room where there were dead flies in the windowsill & no one wiped the tables after previous guests)
