A 4-star hotel located on a large street, close to Sants Estacio Station

We spent two nights in a hotel called H10 Itaca for sightseeing in Barcelona. This 4-star hotel is located on a large street, close to Sants Estacio metro station. From Barcelona's popular old town of Baroque, it's about 3-4km in a straight northwesterly direction. We took a taxi back to the hotel from near the Cathedral in the Baroque district, which cost a dozen euros.
　Our guest room was an ordinary twin room. The room was decent, and the bathroom had a solid bathtub. After two nights, the departure time was six o'clock to accommodate the flight, so breakfast was a box breakfast. This box breakfast was more satisfying than I expected, with a large selection of sandwiches and multiple drinks and fruits.

Excellent hotel

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Itaca for 4 nights whilst visiting Barcelona. I am so glad we chose this hotel as our stay here was excellent. From the moment we checked in all members of staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and those beds and pillows were so comfy. The breakfast was lovely, and provided something for everyone. Really set us up for the day ahead. I can honestly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. Hopefully we'll be booking in again ourselves in the not too distant future. Thank you Hotel Itaca for a wonderful stay.

WONDERFUL HOTEL!

This is a great hotel by all measurements! The public areas are gorgeous. The lobby is perfectly furnished and lit. It was relaxing. The terrace restaurant was cool on a hot day, and the service was super attentive. The oh-so-cool pool with glass wall was clean and welcoming.
I loved the hallways upstairs. The were lit so interestingly- especially the floor lighting and spotlight illuminating each room number.
The room was gorgeous- wall finishes, bedding, lighting... I loved that there were two outlets on each side of the bed. The A/C worked well and quietly.
I would be excited to stay here again and soak in that pool. It's also a short walk to Sants so it's perfect for the train! THIS HOTEL IS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF 4 STAR!!!

Good stay lovely breakfast room was nice and cool nice area for sitting outside. Swimming pool is tired looking. All in all would recommend.

Restless

Horrible service!
I paid to stay at this hotel for my birthday. On the first 3 nights we have been woken up with construction work being done on the hotel room above us. Every single day it sounds like there are construction workers in the room with us.
When I have asked the hotel staff to either give me a refund or too move my rooms they simply did not supply any resolution to my problem.
In all the hotel is nice but the fact of the matter is they knew that work was bing done on the room above and you just would not put people in the room below???
Poor poor people management!!
