Great Stay with a Wonderful Room Upgrade!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Willo! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore Vancouver. What really stood out was the excellent service—we were kindly upgraded to a room with our own private bathroom instead of a shared one, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the upgrade and the hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Home Base for AC/DC concert

We had a fantastic stay! The location could not have been more perfect—literally right across the street from the venue, which made going to the concert even better for prefunk (no driving or parking & home in 5 mins) . The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and staff were so wonderful ! We parked our car in their secure garage & never needed it because everything fun is walking distance. We even found a Costco 2 blocks away so we were able to get the Poutine from food court! We would absolutely stay here again, especially for another event at BC Place! Best pricing around & booked a private room with bathroom. Recommend !

Exceptional staff and wonderful service

The staff at Hotel Willo were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The excellent staff were truly the highlight of my experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Clean, quiet, secure and great value

I found this Hotel online from Australia and chose it due to its facilities and the fact that it was central two areas of Vancouver we are interested in visiting. Previous it was the YWCA and we liked the fact that it is enterprise Hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted graciously and the hotel looked fresh and nearly updated and was certainly secure, especially as we know that there are some crime issues downtown in Vancouver so we were reassured with the level of security. Our room was lovely – we kicked a double queen room with our own bathroom and it was spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the Hotel itself was very quiet. It was a great base forgetting to Vancouver‘s main attractions without a car and overall, represented great value for money. We also appreciated the communal kitchens and laundry, even though we didn’t end up using them but it was great to know that it was there. If we return to Vancouver in the near future, we will 100% stay there again.

As always, this is my go-to Vancouver Hotel. Affordable, comfortable, right across the street from BC Place and Rogers Arena. Perfect for a concert-goer.
