Poor

The key was not programmed properly had to keep going back and forth to reception, bed are old and the springs hurt, the linen is old, no proper duvets, and blanket is given for cold days. Breakfast is served in a dis-orderly manner. It’s thrown in servers from bowls. Food runs out and you must wait for them to make. Truly not Southern sun standards. Not impressed.

Shocked at what qualifies 3 stars lately

Burnt, dirty, smelly curtains in a non-smoking room.
Torn furniture.
Filthy Shower that can'teven close properly, leading to a dangerous, slippery wet floor.
Broken, dirty kettle.
No instructions to navigate the aircon.
Overall I am stocked at what qualifies as 3 star accommodation. This is not what I expected from an international Hotel group.

StayEasy Rustenburg

The staff is amazing at this hotel, very welcoming.
The rooms really from the 80s. A revamp is required here… take out the carpets as they are really dusty!
Breakfast was on point and once again the staff is very helpful and standing ready to assist.

Very dissapointing indeed travel a long distance with the expectation of dinner being served only to find out DINNER is not served but your invoice indicate Bed and breakfast included

Hi Tsegofatso. Dinner is not included in the rate and is an additional option. Due to low demand we are not serving till January again. The option of dinner at a few restsurants is still available.
