Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking. Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in. Please take note that all receipt can be collected from the Front Office upon check out! Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.
It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal.
