Poor hygiene
I suggest checking the hygiene of the rooms. For the first room, I requested a change (bathrooms and bed with poor hygiene).
The second room was better, although there were still traces of poor hygiene in the bathroom (hairs in the bathtub and some outside of it).
Components in the room need to be modernized.

Excellent
It was really a very good experience. We had a very nice time, the hotel is beautiful, very comfortable. We stayed in a Suite, the room was a luxury. Not to mention the staff: super warm, friendly, and very willing to help with whatever we needed. Without a doubt, we will return.

Lots of amenities and very nice staff but farther from downtown than I thought and some trouble with the air conditioning

I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed the place was very clean. It was close to the shopping mall and many restaurants that you could walk to. The only suggestion I may have with this hotel is to get soundproof windows. You can pretty much hear whatever's going on on the street.
