The Win Hotel Bangsaphan

The first opportunity to stay, the room, the room, the first thing to impress is the very clean smell, the room has a small balcony, a small garden viewing, an umbrella, quiet, perfect for a real vacation and most importantly, the room has a meal, the price is affordable and includes breakfast.

Quick stopover

Driving from koh samui to bangkok.
Needed a stopover, looked on Hotels.com and found this gem.
New and modern hotel not far from highway.
Large room; pool ; restaurant even 2 full size snooker tables.
Great breakfast.
5 stars from me.

Short notice

In the middle of the night I needed a hotel since there was nowhere else to stay during a big celebration of a monk installation that got a bit late, found this pearl for a one nighter. Didn´t get the tv to work but they served alcohol in the morning ;)

Appalling reception staff and poor sleep quality

Reception staff were appalling. The whole process of checking in was done without a word being spoken or being looked in the eye. When given the key I asked which way to go and received only a wave in a vague direction. In addition we were unfortunate to stay on a Saturday night when the hotel has a live band playing beyond 12:30 in the morning. As we were leaving at 6am this was less than ideal

มีการจองไปก่อนล่วงหน้าก็เจอปัญหาก็ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ครบตามจำนวนและการประสานงานของเจ้าหน้าที่กับเจ้าของไม่ค่อยดีทำให้เสียเวลาแห่งการบริหารจัดการค่อนข้างนานกว่าจะได้ทำการเปลี่ยนโรงแรมใหม่ก็เจ้าของและเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่รับผิดชอบในสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น
