Family-friendly, clean, and charming.

Our long weekend in Lenzerheide was truly enjoyable! The Sarain Hotel is very modern yet cozy, clean, and spacious. We would especially like to highlight the child-friendliness with the playroom right next to the dining area and the beautiful playground below the hotel. This allows parents to relax a bit as well. The staff was friendly and understanding, and the overall ambiance was very appealing. The location is a great starting point for hikes and explorations in the area. We would come back!

Disappointed with price/performance

For me, the price/performance ratio unfortunately did not fit. Breakfast buffet far from 'exceptional'. (No more croissants before 9 a.m., almost empty meat/cheese selection)
Room nice and cozy, however, a loudly humming ventilation system directly in front of the balcony for half the night. (The sweet smoke from the pot-smoking neighbors didn't help to find sleep either)
Of the 3 mentioned restaurants, only one was open. (There is no other option in town to go out to eat) Nevertheless, you eat well at the Montanara restaurant, but it is high-priced.

Relaxing stay thanks to excellent massage

As a pilot, I spend many hours sitting down, so finding a place to really relax is not always easy. However, my stay at Hotel Sarain had some positive highlights.
Particularly noteworthy is the massage: The masseuse (Anne Marie) convinced with her warm manner, attention and high professionalism. She understands the needs of chronic back problems very well. The treatment was so effective that I booked another session directly for the next day – with noticeable relief after each application.
The pizza was excellent and the clear culinary highlight. The rest of the food unfortunately could not reach this level, and the service seemed a bit inattentive at times.
Overall, there are areas with room for improvement (the hotel is a bit old and could do with a renovation), but the excellent massage made the stay absolutely worthwhile.

Great place in beautiful surroundings

Great stay in total new & delicious apartment with everything you need. The view is picturesque and the area nice and the hotel easy to get to. Super with rise from parking and elevator. Nice & nice staff at the hotel and restaurant. We stayed here 3 nights and can really recommend the place. Quick response time on mails too. Very clean and really nice apartment

Nice restaurant with pizzeria

At the restaurant La Montanara nice
2-seater table upholstered. After Hugo, we ordered mixed salad. Then 1xPizza Hawai and 1xPizza Ortolana.
Food very fine, Service picobello!
