Convenient

The overall experience is pleasant as the staff are welcoming and friendly.
Check in time was quick, room service is right, and housekeeping won't let you down either.
The rooms are big and spacious and well lit.
The furniture seems a bit old, however everything is clean and looks good.
I'd like to thank the hotel team for their service.

Lovely stay

I visited This hotel for the first time..its new hotel with good services..not more than 15 minutes from the airport...first the check in process went great...it was fast and accurate..the staff seems really know exactly what they should do..in a professional way..the lobby is big with a cafe there serve an arabic coffee with dates “loved it” my room was in the second floor it was big..clean..and well decorated..i didn’t use the air condition as it is really cold these days in “ARAR city” ..
However the breakfast was below average in term of food options or staff service..
Finally, the check out was great and fast

خصوصاً ان المنطقة مافيها الل عدد بسيط من الفنادق ، جيد جدا للأعمال والهدوء ،،،،، مستواه جدا راقي وبنص البلد وقريب من الاسواق والبنوك المحلية ،،،،،،،، اهنيكم صراحة كادارة فندق على هاذا الكادر الخدوم والمحترم

فندق هلا إن يعتبر افضل وافخم واجدد فندق في مدينة عرعر حيث الرفاهيه والفخامه يحتوي الفندق على صالات واجنحه ومطاعم وبرك للسباحه وأنديه صحيه ورياضيه للرجال والنساء بالإضافه لتقديمه للخدمات والتقنيات التكنولوجيه العالميه
