Nice option if you want to be close to the Airport or Therme

Located in Otopeni, close to the airport but also close to Bucharest and Therme, this is a nice place to stay if you want a cheaper option but aslo a good quality dwelling. We stayed in a spacious apartment for 3 which had one queen size bad and one smaller bed. Both were good quality and the place is quiet. The rooms are clean, but some of the details have some signs of wearing, like a lamp which had its shade pierced.
We also had a nice breakfast there, nothing fancy, just your regular Swedish buffet, but we enjoyed it.

By far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had, and it raised serious health and safety concerns.
There was no heating whatsoever, and combined with cold tiled floors, the room and entire facility were freezing. The conditions were so bad that I could not stay for even one hour and had to leave immediately, as it was simply not habitable. Staying there would have posed a real health risk, especially in cold conditions.
The room was extremely small, cramped, and poorly maintained, with broken, dysfunctional, and heavily worn-out furniture. The neighboring room is separated by a door, offering no privacy and constant noise.
The listing is severely misleading. The photos create a completely false impression. What is advertised and what you arrive to are two entirely different realities.
Most importantly, the host acknowledged and confirmed the issues, yet still refused to resolve them properly. Communication has been unacceptable: I received no meaningful support, was blocked on WhatsApp.

disrespect outsiders foreigners.very bad reception and management people

Very bad management very hotel dirty people. They don't respect tourist the just respect own people there's so racist. They just like to speak online which for the foreigners the disrespect them.They disrespect foreigners.

Big rooms and really nice staff

Really liked this place. We stayed the night we arrived in Romania and then the night before we left too.
Very nice rooms- some of them were given British city names and some Romanian. We found it funny to be staying in the London-themed one when we had just come from there.
The staff were kind- one example is that we had breakfast on the morning of our flight home and it was Easter and the team had not only prepared the buffet just for us (we didn't know when we booked) but my wife is vegetarian and they really put in effort to make sure she had good things to eat.
The only thing I was less keen on (not the hotel's fault) is that I thought it was further from the airport than it seemed on the map. As the crow flies it couldn't be much closer, but because of where the access road to the airport is and other factors it is a bit of a longer distance away. Worth factoring that in.

Value for money. Location

Super good and comfy place, close to airport. Perfect for a spontaneous time enjoying the city and sleeping next to the airport. Very recommended.
Price is very good for the quality you receive, there are restaurants close and also stores.
